John Carlton (Carl) and Mary Beth Beasley have been proud owners, operators, and residents of this historic antebellum mansion since 2022. They both have a passion for historic architecture and antiques and have always admired the unique history and grandeur of the South.
Carl was born and raised in Charleston, SC where he graduated from the Citadel. He is a former Marine Corp officer and FAA employee who now serves as the Group Manager of the Central U.S. His Citadel and Marine Corp swords are displayed in the gentlemen’s parlor, where you can also see his collection of fine specialty bourbon.

Mary Beth is a member of the Pilgrimage Garden Club in Natchez and serves on their Board of Directors. Mary Beth has been in the Financial Services industry for over 30 years.

Both are members of Trinity Episcopal Church in Natchez, the Musical Arts League, Krewe of Phoenix, and many other local cultural and charitable organizations.
